How Locowin free spins are awarded
The main free spins package is spread across your first five deposits. You need to make a deposit of at least €20 to qualify, and the promotion must be claimed within 7 days after Real Money account registration. No promo code is required.
Table of contents
| Deposit amount | Free spins | When they are credited |
|---|---|---|
| €20-€50 | 35 Free Spins | Instantly upon deposit |
| €50-€100 | 70 Free Spins | Instantly upon deposit |
| Over €100 | 100 Free Spins | Instantly upon deposit |
Across the five deposits, the package offers up to 500 Free Spins. These spins are wager-free, so the spins themselves do not carry a wagering requirement. The games assigned to them depend on the deposit stage. For example, the first deposit uses Gates of Olympus by Pragmatic Play, or Fire in the Hole 2 by Nolimit City if Pragmatic Play is unavailable.
- Second deposit: Starlight Princess 1000 by Pragmatic Play, or Punk Rocker by Nolimit City.
- Third deposit: Big Bass Splash by Pragmatic Play, or The Rave by Nolimit City.
- Fourth deposit: Madame Destiny Megaways by Pragmatic Play.
- Fifth deposit: free spins are included as part of the final deposit reward.
Friday Free Spins and automatic rewards
There is also a weekly Friday Free Spins promotion. Eligible players can receive up to 100 Free Spins every Friday at 12:45 CET. A minimum deposit of €20 is required. Relax Gaming is the main provider for this promotion, with Nolimit City as the backup.
The Level Up! Rewards system gives you another way to receive spins. It has 100 levels, and reaching a new level triggers an instant reward automatically. Rewards can include free spins and big spins, awarded on Play'n Go and Pragmatic Play games, with Nolimit City as an alternative.
- Register and verify your account
Complete Registration by entering your details, accepting the terms and confirming your age is 18 or over. Then use the email verification link.
- Make a qualifying deposit
For the deposit-linked spins, use a deposit of at least €20. The number of spins depends on the deposit band shown in the free spins table.
- Check the reward
The package spins are credited instantly upon deposit. Level Up! rewards are triggered automatically when you reach a new level.
- Open the assigned game
Use the game connected to the relevant promotion. The assigned titles differ between deposit stages and promotions.
Players using Locowin in Australia can also use the mobile browser site to access games and account features. There is no dedicated iOS or Android app, but the browser version works on most handheld devices.
Wagering rules that apply alongside free spins
The free spins are wager-free, but the bonus money in the same package is subject to wagering. The requirement is 36× the bonus amount only, rather than the combined deposit and bonus. Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before you withdraw.
| Rule | Term | How it affects play |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering | 36× bonus amount | The deposit is not included in the calculation |
| Maximum bet | A$5 per spin or bet | Applies while the bonus is active |
| Slots | 100% contribution | Eligible slot play counts fully |
| Live, table, jackpot and video poker games | 0% contribution | Play on these games does not clear the requirement |
| Maximum cashout | Unlimited | There is no stated maximum cashout on bonus winnings |
Here is a simple example. If a qualifying deposit creates a €100 bonus, the wagering calculation is 36 × €100, which equals €3,600 in required wagering. The deposit is not added to that figure. While the bonus remains active, keep each spin or bet at no more than A$5.
Other ways to collect spins and reward play
Free spins are also part of the VIP Kingdom programme, also called Club Loco. The programme has five levels, from VIP I to VIP V. Rewards across the levels can include free spins, while other benefits include a personal VIP manager, exclusive bonuses, priority withdrawals, higher betting and withdrawal limits, exclusive VIP events and birthday gifts.
Crazy Cashback is another ongoing reward, although it is based on game activity rather than a fixed number of spins. It is credited every Monday based on the previous week's activity, and at least one deposit is required to qualify. Cashback cannot be combined with active bonuses.
The casino library has over 5,000 games, including more than 1,500 slots. Providers include Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming, Play'n Go, Nolimit City, NetEnt, Evolution, Yggdrasil, Novomatic and Big Time Gaming. Game providers use RNG technology, and games are independently audited by eCOGRA.
Account, support and safer play settings
You must be at least 18 to play. The account includes a Limits Section where you can set deposit limits by period and use time-limited breaks. A self-assessment test is available too.
Self-exclusion lasts for a minimum of 6 months, and permanent self-exclusion is available through live chat or email. These tools are worth setting before you start if you want a clear spending or session boundary. Gambling involves real money, so treat free spins as entertainment rather than a way to make income.
The 24/7 live chat is operated by human agents, and email support is also available. The Registration process takes five steps: enter your email and password, select your country and currency, add your personal details, confirm the age and terms declarations, then verify your email. Login access lets you manage your rewards, limits and account settings.
